Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Finance Associate to join their Finance & Transactions team in New York. The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, with a proven track record in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent), strong academic credentials, and be admitted in (and in good standing with) New York, or taking steps to become admitted in New York.
