Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Associate to join their Finance & Transactions team in Chicago, Dallas, or Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team on a diverse range of multidisciplinary practices, closely engaging with shareholders and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, proficiency in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions, and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously. A J.D. degree with strong academic credentials and admission (or steps towards admission) in Illinois, Texas, or the District of Columbia is required.
