Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking highly motivated and qualified associates with three to six years of experience to join their nationally recognized CMBS practice in multiple U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, and St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in general finance transactions, securities and capital market transactions, real estate finance, and commercial real estate lending and securitization, including modifications and workouts. Strong written and oral communication skills, superior analytical abilities, and a client-focused attitude are essential.
