Our client is seeking a Finance Associate to join their Finance & Transactions team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team, engaging in a multidisciplinary practice that involves close interaction with shareholders and participation in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of commercial finance experience in a law firm, with a preference for those with fund finance experience. Candidates should be adept at managing multiple matters simultaneously, possess a J.D. degree with strong academic credentials, and be admitted or in the process of becoming admitted to practice in New York.
