Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level associate or counsel with 7+ years of experience in a law firm and/or financial institution to join their Financial Regulatory and Technology Group (FRTG). The role involves advising on bank regulatory, consumer protection, non-bank and fintech, digital asset, and payments matters. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in financial regulatory matters, consumer and commercial finance, investment brokerage activities, electronic contracting, and a broad range of federal and state laws specific to financial services institutions. The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, resourceful, motivated, a team player, and an excellent communicator.
