Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Financial Restructuring group in Dallas, Houston, or New York. This role involves advising public and private clients on reorganizations, restructuring issues, and transactions involving distressed companies and assets, both within and outside of federal bankruptcy proceedings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
