Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department based in Richmond. This role is ideal for candidates who are prepared to navigate the complexities and challenges of the highly regulated financial services industry. The successful candidate will be expected to anticipate and swiftly react to new regulations, and will be called upon to represent some of the world's most prominent financial institutions. Job requirements include 1-3 years of litigation experience following a federal judicial clerkship. Experience with financial services and/or class action litigation and court experience would be considered a plus. Strong writing and research skills, excellent academic credentials, and admission to the Virginia bar are required.
