Description
Our client, an AM Law 100 ranked firm is in search of a mid-level to senior associate to join their financial services practice group in multiple offices. The candidate should have at least four years of expertise in securities, financial services, or commercial litigation. The ideal applicant will be in managing cases on a daily basis as well as authoring pleadings, briefs, motion practice, and conducting discovery in the litigation of business disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitration venues.
