Description
Our client seeks an Associate for their San Francisco office to assist with all aspects of litigation, focusing on financial services clients. The role involves handling complex litigation, including Ponzi scheme litigation, class actions, and high-stakes consumer claims. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of financial services litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, excellent academic credentials, and admission to the California Bar. Experience in the financial services industry and court experience, including judicial clerkships, are advantageous.
