Description
Our client seeks an Associate to join its Financial Services group in Miami, focusing on national debt practice. Ideal candidates will have 4 to 6 years of experience representing financial institutions and non-bank lenders in complex financing transactions, including sponsor-backed acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow lending, subordinated debt, first-out last-out financings, and mezzanine transactions. A strong academic background and significant big law experience on sophisticated transactions are required. The candidate must possess strong drafting skills, the ability to interface directly with clients and opposing counsel, and the tenacity to drive transactions to closing.
