Our client is seeking an associate to join their litigation team in New York City, focusing on the Consumer Financial Services practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in business, commercial, and/or financial services litigation. This position offers immediate client-facing responsibilities, court experience, and case management ownership. Candidates should possess excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Admission to the New York Bar is required, with additional bar admissions such as New Jersey being advantageous.
