Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an attorney to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group. The location is flexible and the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of consumer finance related litigation experience. Additional experience with Mortgage Servicing Litigation, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA), and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) is a plus. Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials and be licensed and in good standing with at least one of the following state bars: California, Nevada, Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, or Oklahoma. The practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws.
