Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Financial Services and Consumer Products Litigation practice in Los Angeles or Century City. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience with financial institutions, including banks, credit card issuers, loan servicers, and automobile lenders at both the trial and appellate levels. Familiarity with the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Fair Credit Report Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth In Lending Act, and state unfair practices laws is essential. Candidates should be prepared to assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. California bar membership, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and analytical skills are required.
