Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate attorney with a minimum of four years' experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation to join their Financial Services Practice Group based in New York City. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing significant aspects of litigation in commercial disputes across federal and state courts or arbitral forums. This includes drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, and overseeing discovery and case management. Exceptional advocacy and communication skills are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in securities litigation, arbitration, or enforcement matters.
