Description
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate for their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for Kansas City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, or New York. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb problem-solving, writing, and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of diverse litigation or clerking experience, particularly in commercial real estate, distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Experience in taking and defending depositions and demonstrated courtroom experience is required. Attorneys will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic, collaborative practice group.
