Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level associate attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation to join their Financial Services Practice Group in New York City. The successful candidate will have demonstrated significant responsibility in litigating commercial disputes in federal and state courts and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery, and managing cases. Exceptional advocacy and communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Experience in securities litigation, arbitration, and/or enforcement matters is highly desirable, and applicants from government agencies are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be members of the New York state bar.
