With a presence in over 47 locations and representation in virtually every country, this firm has a strong global network and excels in handling complex cross-border work. They are currently seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join their Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) team in New York. The FSR team focuses on a broad range of financial services laws and regulations affecting both financial and non-financial enterprises, with particular emphasis on banking, payments, lending, and virtual currency. Applicants should have strong academic credentials, an aptitude for navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and the ability to anticipate client needs proactively. Ideal candidates will be independent self-starters with excellent contract drafting and writing skills and a keen interest in the financial services sector. This position will offer the opportunity to work on internationally-oriented, precedent-setting matters alongside notable leaders in the private bar, including former senior regulators of financial institutions.
