Description
Our client, a nationally recognized Consumer Financial Services Group, is seeking an associate to join their regulatory practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with laws such as the Truth in Lending Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Equal Opportunity Credit Act, as well as expertise in federal and state regulations concerning consumer loans, electronic contracting, and prohibitions on unfair practices. Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and written communication skills are essential. While preference is given to candidates located in Denver, Philadelphia, or Washington DC, applicants from any office location are welcome. An active bar license in the desired location is preferred.
