Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, leveraging a global platform that spans the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance, particularly in banking, money services, payment systems, and FinTech. Key responsibilities include handling licensing/chartering and navigating financial services laws such as BSA/AML and consumer compliance. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service. Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is required, with Spanish fluency preferred.
