Our client seeks a midlevel Associate to join its Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department in Pittsburgh. The team has a national practice assisting financial institutions in investigating and defending against Ponzi scheme and fraud litigation, including class actions and high-stakes consumer claims. The role involves directing litigation strategy, managing responses to complaints, discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, and navigating cases through trial. The position offers opportunities to make creative legal arguments and defend against complex litigation, as well as to develop skills in practice building and client development.
