Our client seeks a midlevel Associate to join its Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department in Dallas. The role involves working on complex financial services litigation, including Ponzi scheme litigation, class actions, and high-stakes consumer claims. The successful candidate will be instrumental in directing litigation and strategy, managing responses to complaints, discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, and navigating cases through trial. This position offers the opportunity to engage in creative legal arguments and defend against multi-layered litigation, while also developing skills in practice building and marketing.
