Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Financial Services Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in either New York, NY or Washington, DC (other US locations may be considered). The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in financial services transactions, supporting banks, fintechs, merchants, and payment processors. Key qualifications include experience managing transaction components independently, strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills, and familiarity with strategic partnerships in the payments and lending space, including BaaS agreements, co-brand credit card agreements, and more. Bar admission in the state of practice is required. Successful candidates will join a dynamic, highly-rated, and diverse team working on cutting-edge financial services and fintech transactions.
