Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join their Food and Drug law team within the Chemical and Life Sciences Practice Group, based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of regulatory experience, preferably with the FDA or in roles involving its regulatory framework, with a focus on food-contact materials being advantageous. The team is known for its expertise in FDA and international regulations concerning food-contact materials, drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices, leveraging scientific and legal expertise to ensure global compliance. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, research, and writing skills, and be ready to take on immediate responsibilities within a collaborative team. A Juris Doctor degree and active membership in the District of Columbia Bar are required, with a technical background in biology, chemistry, or engineering preferred.
