Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Junior to Mid-Level Associate for their Band 1 Chambers-ranked domestic and cross-border transactional/regulatory franchise practice in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in a transactional practice at a large law firm. The role involves advising U.S. and foreign companies on cross-border commercial contract matters, domestic and international franchise and distribution matters, and brand expansion. Candidates must possess strong analytical and writing skills, as well as exceptional speaking and interpersonal abilities.
