Description
Our client is seeking a transactional Franchise & Distribution associate to join their esteemed practice. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of U.S. franchising regulatory experience, with international franchise and M&A experience being advantageous. The role offers flexibility to work from any of their 22 offices or remotely. Responsibilities include drafting franchise-related agreements, regulatory filings, and advising on complex business transactions for both domestic and international clients. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a leading Franchise & Distribution practice, recognized for handling complex franchising litigation and transactional matters across diverse industries.
