Our client, a leading law firm recognized for its exceptional collaborative and supportive environment, is seeking an Associate to join its Franchise & Distribution practice. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Franchise and litigation experience, preferably gained while practicing at a top-tier law firm. Strong academic backgrounds from a well-respected law school, superior research and writing skills, and case management experience are required. The candidate should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a top-ranked Franchise & Distribution practice on a broad range of matters for clients in a wide variety of industries, including private equity firms, start-up franchisors, and some of the largest franchisors. The firm has a strong international presence and offers unmatched expertise in termination-related disputes and litigation involving allegations of violations of state disclosure and relationship laws.
