The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience. The role involves working closely with high-profile financial institutions, providing capital call/subscription line, NAV, asset-backed, hybrid, and other fund facilities to a variety of fund types. The team has been recognized for its efficiency, professionalism, and detailed knowledge of fund finance. It forms part of a larger financial industry group comprising over 250 lawyers across numerous offices, advising on a wide variety of finance transactions.
