Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Associate for their Finance & Restructuring practice group, specifically to work with their Fund Finance team based in San Diego. The ideal candidate should have two to three years of transactional legal experience at a law firm, with specific experience in finance law being a plus. Excellent academic credentials, superior research, and communication skills are required. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California state bar.
