Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a Fund Finance Associate to join their esteemed Private Credit department. The role can be based in Los Angeles, Chicago, Charlotte, or New York. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fund finance deals and/or general finance matters, and credit agreements at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm. This role offers the opportunity to manage transactions for a diverse range of clients across various industries. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, and a client-team focused work ethic.
