Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join their Fund Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings. Strong expertise in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit is essential. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials from law school and relevant, sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. The position is based in Charlotte, with the possibility of remote work. JD 2018 to 2020 required.
