Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group, specifically within the Fund Finance team. Ideal candidates will have four to six years of transactional legal experience, preferably with a focus on finance law, and must possess excellent academic credentials along with superior research and communication skills. While preference is given to candidates based in San Diego, CA or Washington, DC, applications from qualified individuals in other locations will also be considered.
