Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group, specifically the Fund Finance team, based in San Diego. The ideal candidate should have one to three years of legal experience, a keen interest in transactional law, and a background or interest in finance. Recent law school graduates are also welcome to apply. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, superior research and communication skills, and must be licensed and in good standing with the California state bar.
