Description
Our client, a prominent entity within the Global Corporate group, is seeking an associate to join their team in either Houston or Dallas. The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of substantive experience in drafting and negotiating complex limited partnership/limited liability company agreements, including side letters. Experience in structuring joint venture investment transactions, private fund formation (for sponsors and/or investors), and familiarity with SEC investment advisory regulations is essential.
