Our client is seeking an Associate for their Corporate and Private Equity Department in Dallas. This department, comprising over 70 attorneys, specializes in a wide range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, and more. The team is dedicated to representing general partners and major limited partners in forming private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds. The firm is recognized among the top corporate law firms in various benchmarking league tables. They emphasize diversity and inclusion in their recruitment and promotion processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a large law firm, representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors in complex fund formation matters. The role involves all aspects of the formation, structuring, capital raising, compliance, and management of alternative investment funds, including private equity, real estate, and other fund types.
