Our client, a prominent technology and life sciences law firm, is seeking a fund formation corporate associate with 3 to 7 years of experience to join their expanding private investment funds team. This role involves organizing and advising venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds. Candidates should have significant experience in venture capital or private equity fund formation, corporate and securities regulations, and must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. The ideal candidate will possess superior academic credentials, top-tier professional experience, and excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.
