Description
Our client is seeking a tax associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in fund formation and asset management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds, including fund structuring, asset manager compensation, and related tax issues. While experience with real estate investment trusts is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials from law school and relevant tax experience. The position is flexible regarding location, with opportunities available in any of the client's US offices. Applicants should specify their preferred office location if it differs from New York.
