Description
Our client is seeking a Registered Funds Associate with 3-6 years of experience in working with registered investment companies to join their Financial Services group. This team is a leading adviser to financial services firms, asset managers, and investment funds, serving a diverse range of clients from small start-ups to some of the world's largest financial institutions. The practice is recognized as one of the largest in the industry, with over 40 years of innovation and a consistent Tier 1 ranking for registered funds by Chambers USA. Candidates should have knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act, with experience in exchange-traded funds, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisers, and/or commodities work being advantageous. Preferred candidates will have experience in a large law firm, in-house, or regulatory agency setting.
