Description
Our client is seeking an Investment Funds Associate with 2-4 years of fund formation experience to join their Chicago office. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic corporate group, advising on the formation, structuring, operation, and regulation of private investment funds and their advisers. The role requires a motivated individual eager to contribute to a growing and entrepreneurial practice, with the ability to assume direct responsibility for client matters and work effectively within a collaborative team. Key responsibilities include advising on fund formation and structuring, drafting and negotiating fund documents, coordinating fund launches, and assisting with regulatory compliance for various advisers. Candidates should have knowledge of relevant securities laws, excellent writing and analytical skills, and be admitted to the IL bar.
