Our client has an opportunity available in the Seattle office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice; associates with three to five years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience representing high growth businesses in connection with venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters for technology, life sciences, and other high growth companies. Candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. EOE.
