Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its General Liability Practice in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, with 7-12 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Utah Bar is required. The General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, specializing in defending significant exposure cases in various general liability areas, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death. The team is recognized for its trial expertise and has received notable accolades. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a collaborative mindset are encouraged to apply.
