Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 42 offices in the United States and one in London, is seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney for their Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, and have 10+ years of litigation defense experience. Experience with general liability, transportation, and products liability defense is preferred, as is federal court practice. The role requires strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure, excellent written and analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will proactively handle litigation cases, potentially through trial.
