Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a General Liability Attorney for their New Orleans office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with litigation experience to join a dynamic team in a nationally recognized firm. The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Louisiana, and have 3+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation. Experience in maritime law, drafting discovery and motions, and handling court appearances and depositions is a plus. The role involves managing a litigation caseload from inception to completion, conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and communicating with clients.
