Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Las Vegas office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with defense litigation backgrounds who are interested in gaining experience in general liability. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited Law School, be admitted to practice in the state of Nevada, and have 3+ years of general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation experience. Superior written and oral communication skills are required, and legal project management experience is beneficial. Responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing clients with status reports.
