Our client, a leading national defense litigation law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their expanding Insurance Coverage practice group based in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a background in insurance coverage. Federal court practice and legal project management experience are assets, and a judicial clerkship is a plus. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation matters involving insurance coverage disputes, analyzing complex legal and factual issues, drafting coverage opinions and letters, and developing efficient resolution strategies.
