Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 42 offices in the United States and one in London, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin or qualified for reciprocal admission, and have a minimum of 3+ years of litigation defense experience. Experience with general liability and products liability defense is preferred, as is appellate experience and/or federal court practice. The role involves assisting with discovery requests and responses, drafting pretrial motions, conducting legal research, and assisting in the preparation of cases for trial. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure, excellent written and analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.
