Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Boston office. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school and must be admitted to practice in MA, with NH, RI, and ME admissions being a plus. The candidate should have 10+ years of general liability litigation and transportation experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment. Legal project management experience is also beneficial. Responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload, representing clients in a wide range of general liability claims, working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing clients with status reports.
