Our client seeks a Sr. Associate for the Labor & Employment Department in their Los Angeles Century City office. Candidates for Counsel positions are also welcome. The team, comprising nearly 60 lawyers across the U.S. and Europe, manages over 4,000 employment-related matters annually for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and nonprofits. The role involves defending clients in single-plaintiff, class, and representative actions involving federal and state claims, as well as providing comprehensive counsel on employer/employee relationships, compliance, traditional labor issues, internal investigations, and executive compensation.
