Our client seeks an Associate for their Labor & Employment Department in the Los Angeles Century City office. The team, comprising nearly 60 lawyers across the US and Europe, manages over 4,000 employment-related matters annually for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and nonprofits. The role involves defending clients in single-plaintiff, class, and representative actions related to discrimination, harassment, trade secret misappropriation, and wage and hour violations. Additionally, the Associate will counsel employers on compliance with federal, state, and international laws, traditional labor issues, internal investigations, and executive compensation.
