Our client, a full-service law firm recognized in the AmLaw 100, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in Houston. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, with 2 to 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, encompassing all phases from case management to trials. This includes motion practice, discovery, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory. The firm's General Liability Practice, with over 600 attorneys nationwide, specializes in defending significant exposure cases across various general liability areas, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.
