Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, with 2-3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, and admission to the New York Bar is a plus. The General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, specializing in defending significant exposure cases in various general liability areas, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation. The team is known for its seasoned trial attorneys and has received notable recognition, including citations from the National Law Journal.
